The Forum offers participating students, local businesses and community members a variety of workshops focused on career development, job search preparation and employment retention.

Job Club

The Forum is designed to assist students with career development training utilizing strength-based approaches, provide relevant information/techniques for job seekers, build confidence and esteem in an effort to maximize the students’ employability.

The Forum provides weekly trainings on a range of topics that will:

  • Assist job seekers in gaining/maintaining employment
  • Provide “real-time” resources for industry trends and employment opportunities
  • Assist job seekers in determining a healthcare career path that will lead to self-sufficiency
  • Build confidence in abilities and reflect the application of skills in a professionally revised résumé
